About
A studio built bysomeone who needed the toolfirst.

Every layer visible. Nothing hidden behind a login we control.
Aetherion Arc started the way a lot of useful software does: someone hit the same problem enough times to stop complaining about it and build the fix.
Our founder is a certificated flight instructor. Flight training has a well-known failure — most people who start never finish — and from the right seat the reason is visible every week. The thread between lessons breaks. What a student worked on in June is gone by August, because it lived in one instructor’s head and that instructor moved on to an airline.
So he built Atlas — infrastructure that carries the thread: the brief before every lesson, the debrief after, and a durable record of who the student is and what they need next. Not as an engineer. As a working instructor directing AI to build what the job had taught him was missing.
That turned out to be the transferable skill. Aetherion Arc now does the same for other operators — the directory nobody has built for a profession, the internal tool that has been a spreadsheet for six years, the workflow that currently runs on one person remembering to do it.

The honest version
What you should knowbefore you hire us.
We are small, and that cuts both ways.
You work directly with the person building the thing — no account manager, no telephone game. You also can't hire us for six projects at once, and we will tell you when we are full.
We are new.
Aetherion Arc was founded in 2026. We have shipped our own product to production and we run it every day, which is a different kind of evidence than a long client list — but it is the evidence we have, and we would rather you weigh it than be sold past it.
We will push back on your idea.
If the risk in a plan is demand or distribution rather than engineering, building faster does not help. Expect to hear that in the first conversation, before you have spent anything.
We do not do outcomes.
No promises about signups, revenue, rankings, or growth. We commit to named deliverables on named dates, and to running the thing properly once it exists.
How we work
Four phases. Nothingmeasured in hours.
Every phase ends in artifacts you could hand to another developer tomorrow. That is what makes a payment earned rather than held.
- 01
Foundation
Fixed scopeTen business days, seven artifacts: brand, a clickable prototype of every screen, the data model, the market analysis, the revenue model, the legal brief, and every account provisioned in your name.
- 02
Build
Weekly shippingThe platform itself — search, profiles, applications, admin, billing, attribution, reporting. You see it every Friday whether the week went well or badly.
- 03
Launch
Attorney-gatedProduction cutover, real payments tested end to end, and the legal pages live — after your attorney has approved them, not before.
- 04
Operate
Monthly retainerSomeone still has to run it on the Tuesday after launch. Monitoring, backups, patching, member review, and the monthly report that tells each member what they got.
What we commit to
Four things, and theyare all ours to control.
Fixed price, or it isn't a price
The number in the proposal is the number. Scope changes are quoted and approved in writing before any work starts — so an estimate never quietly becomes an invoice.
You own every account
Domain, hosting, database, payments, analytics — created on your email and your card, with us invited as a builder. Nothing is hostage. Leaving is always easy.
We promise deliverables, never outcomes
Named artifacts and dates we control. Nobody honest can guarantee signups or revenue, and a guarantee that depends on the market isn't a guarantee.
The weakest link gets said out loud
If the risk in your plan is demand, distribution, or your own capacity, you hear that in the first call — not in month four.
Under the hood
A studio that runson its own software.
Aetherion Arc is small on purpose and runs on an internal operating system we wrote for ourselves — documented procedures, a decision record with dates, and scheduled agents that prepare work for review.
The rule that governs all of it: agents file, humans decide. Nothing touching money, credentials, production, or a message to a client happens without a person approving it.
- Documented proceduresEvery recurring job
- Decision recordDated, supersedable
- Scheduled agentsDraft, never send
- Protected actionsHuman-gated, always
- Source of truthGit, not memory
